BVFCL Management Trainees Notification 2025 : Age Limits (As On 01 July 2025)

• Maximum Age limit : 30 Years
• Age Relaxation is Applicable as per Rules.

Eligibility Criteria

• Production: Full time B.E/B.Tech. Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Mechanical: Full time B.E/B.Tech. Mechanical Engineering.
• Instrumentation: Full time B.E./B.Tech. Degree in Instrumentation/Electronics I Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Tele-communication Engineering.
• Civil: Full time B.E/B.Tech. Degree in Civil Engineering.
• HR& Admin: Two years full time P.G degree or diploma in PIV&IR/ HRM/Labour & Social Works/ MBA with specialization in PM&lR/HRM.
• Finance: Graduate with pass CA/ICWAI

Mode Of Selection

• Personal Interview: Based on the performance of the candidates in the online test, eligible candidates will be provisionally called for personal interview tentatively in the ratio of 01:5 i.e. 05 eligible candidates for 01 post.
• In case more candidates obtaining the same mark in CBT under 1:5 ratio, than all the candidates obtaining that particular mark shall be considered for the interview.
• Interview call letters in respect of such eligible & provisionally shortlisted candidates will be uploaded on BVFCL website and such candidates will also be intimated for the same through SMS on their mobile number & through email on their e-mail address as mentioned in their online Application Form.
• However, BVFCL will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of intimation sent electronically through SMS or e-mail, as the case may be.
• No other communication will be sent to such candidates for this purpose.
• Separate merit list will be drawn for UR/SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD candidates with reference to the number of available vacancies for each category.
• Merit list of suitable candidates shall be prepared on the basis of performance in the Computer Based Test (CBT) as well as personal interview.

How to Apply BVFCL Management Trainees Online Form 2025

• Before applying the candidates should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility norms" Their registration will be provisional as their eligibility will be verified only in case they are shortlisted for the Computer Based Test (CBT).
• Mere issuance of call letter for appearing CBT shall not imply acceptance of candidature.
• Candidature of a registered candidate is liable to be rejected at any stage of recruitment process or even after joining, if any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or not in conformity with the advertised eligibility criteria at any stage.
• Eligible and interested candidates would be required to apply online only through BVFCL website: www. bvfcl.com

Important Instructions

• Only lndian Nationals are eligible to apply. All qualifications should be recognized by UGC/AlU/AICTE/appropriate lndian statutory authority
• Only full time regular courses will be considered. No manual or paper applications will be entertained.
• No TA will be paid to any candidate for appearing in the written examination.
• Final verification of applications will be done on declaration of the result of the written test/ CBT hence the candidature will be subject to fulfillment of all the criteria mentioned in the advertisement. ln case of non fulfillment of eligibility criteria, or any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or incorrect or not in conformity with the eligibility criteria, then his/her candidature is liable to be rejected at any stage of the recruitment process or after recruitment or after joining.
• No modifications are allowed after submission of the online application form. lf any tampering is done with the PDF application sheet generated and if any discrepancies are found between the online data filled by the candidate and the application sheets submitted, the application will be rejected.
• Candidates employed on regular basis Government departments/PSU/Autonomous Bodies have to produce NOC at the time of interview. lf such candidates cannot provide the NOC, they will not be
  allowed to appear for the interview.
• BVFCL reserves the right to change the number of vacancies and cancel /restricVmodify/alter, if required, without issuing any furlher notice or assigning any reason thereof.
• Any modifications / amendments in the advertisement will be given in BVFCL website i.e. (www.bvfcl.com) only.
• All correspondences regarding examination schedule/admit cardl interview call letters, etc. shall be done through email/uploading on BVFCL website. Responslbility of receiving, downloading and printing of admit card/interview call/ any other information shall be of the candidate.
• BVFCL will not be responsible for any loss of email sent, due to invalid/wrong email lD provided by the candidate or for delay/not receipt of information if a candidate fails to access his/her mail/website on time.
• The candidates will be allowed to appear in the Computer Based Test only, if they possess the valid Photo Admit Card downloaded from the BVFCL website.
• Candidates who have studied and acquired the prescribed qualifications mentioned above through part time/correspondence/distance/private study/off campus study are not eligible to apply.
• The candidate should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria and other norms mentioned in the advertisement as on the specified date and that the particulars furnished are correct in all respect.
• The Candidates whose performance will not be found satisfactorily during Training period his/her services will be liable to be terminated without notice"
