BHEL Bhopal Apprentices Notification 2025 : Age Limits (As On 01 July 2025)

• Upper Age Limit: 27 years for GEN/EWS categories.
• Minimum Age: 14 years.
• Age Relaxation: As per government norms (SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen) 
• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC (NCL): 3 years
• Persons with Disability (PwD): 10 years (over and above category relaxation)
• Wards of BHEL Bhopal Employees: Additional 3 years relaxation.

Eligibility Criteria

• ITI Trade Apprentice

• 10th/Matriculation with ITI passed in relevant trade from the institute located in Madhya Pradesh recognized by NCVT.
• ITI Passed in the relevant trade with Minimum aggregate of 60% marks for GEN/EWS/OBC and 55% marks for SC/ST from the Institute recognized by NCVT.
• Candidates who have passed their ITI as private candidate are not eligible for apprenticeship training.
• The candidates who have undergone Apprenticeship earlier or pursuing Apprenticeship Training in an Industry as per the Apprenticeship Act, 1961 or having job experience for a period of 1 year or more at the time of applying are NOT eligible.
• Candidates who have passed ITI from SCVT recognized institute and MES certificate holders are not eligible to apply for above apprenticeship training.

• Graduate & Technician (Diploma) Apprentice

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./ B.Tech./BBA) for Graduate Apprentice in the relevant branch with Minimum aggregate of 70% marks for GEN/EWS/OBC and 60% marks for SC/ST from Institute / University recognized by AICTE.
• Diploma in Engineering for Technician Apprentices in the relevant branch from Institute / University recognized by AICTE.
• Degree/Diploma acquired from Distance/ Correspondence education system is not eligible for the apprenticeship.

Salary

• Graduate Apprentice: ₹ 12,300/-
• Technician (Diploma) Apprentice: Rs  10,900/-
• ITI Trade Apprentice: As per the latest Government of India Gazette Notification

• Candidates will be selected based on the following process:

1. Written Examination/Online Test
2. Skill Test/Physical Test (if applicable)
3. Document Verification
4. Medical Examination

• Eligible candidates can apply online for BHEL Bhopal Apprentices 2025 by following these steps:

1. Visit the official website: bpl.bhel.com
2. Find the "Apprentices Recruitment 2025" notification link
3. Read the official notification carefully
4. Click on "Apply Online" link
5. Register with your email ID and mobile number
6. Fill in the application form with correct details
7. Upload required documents (Photo, Signature, Certificates)
8. Pay the application fee online
9. Submit the application and take a printout for future reference

Important Instructions

• Applications submitted online will only be considered. Applications received through fax/email and other mode shall be rejected.
• Before a prospective candidate decides to apply online, he/she must visit the websites and/or read detailed advertisement to ensure they are eligible to apply.
• Candidates are advised to possess a valid e-mail ID & Mobile number, which is to be entered in the on-line application form. They are also advised to retain their e-mail ID & Mobile number for six months, as any important
• information regarding apprenticeship will be conveyed through the same.
• Candidates have to mandatorily fill sum total of all semester marks (adding all semester marks) or final CGPA of ITI in marks obtained field while applying for BHEL Bhopal.
• Candidates who do not possesses final marksheet/certificate of ITI passing, are not eligible to apply for apprenticeship training.
• Candidates who have been awarded CGPA scores in class 10, have to fill CGPA obtained in marks obtained field and 10 in maximum marks in class 10th marks field while applying for BHEL Bhopal. Others to fill marks obtained and maximum marks.
• All candidates of SC/ST/OBC/EWS and PwD are advised to carefully fill their category while applying online. It will not be changed subsequently in any case and the category filled by the candidate in online application shall be considered as final.
• Since the number of vacancies is tentative, the reserved vacancies status is only indicative and may undergo revision on review.
• If at any stage of training, it is found that the candidate has furnished false/ incorrect information or concealed any information, his/her apprenticeship training shall be cancelled and suitable action will be taken as per extant rules.
• Applicants may note that, if selected for apprenticeship training, completion of training will be subject to contract registration of apprenticeship training by RDSDE Bhopal. If due to any reason RDSDE refuses registration of  contract, the apprenticeship training will be terminated and he/she will not be issued the “Apprenticeship Certificate”.
