Eligibility Criteria

• Hospital Management (Including Facility Operations)- Expert Consultant: Master In Hospital Administration/Public Health/MBA (Health Management).
• IT Technical Expert (Digital System) Expert Consultant: M.E/M. Tech in Computer Science / IT or MCA from a recognized institution
• Procurement Expert Consultant: Master’s in Supply Chain/ Public Procurement/Project Management/MBA OR equivalent.
• Legal –Expert Consultant: Master of Laws(LL.M) in Corporate/ Administrative/ Healthcare/ public Law
• IT Technical (Digital Systems)- Senior Consultant: Master degree in Computer Applications (MCA)/M.sc (IT)/M. Tech (Computer Science/IT) from a recognized institution.
• Urban Planner – Senior Consultant: Master’s degree in Urban planning/ Regional planning/Infrastructure Planning
• Hospital Quality Management Senior Consultant: Master’s in Hospital Administration/Public Health/MBA (Health Management).
• Architech/Urban designer Consultant: Master’s Degree in Urban Design/Architecture.
• Hospital Quality Management Consultant: Master’s In Hospital Administration/Public Health/MBA (Health Management)

Mode Of Selection

• Applications shall be invited from applicants against the advertisement published.
• Shortlisting shall be done as per the eligibility criteria for the post.
• Possession of the prescribed qualifications and experience does not automatically entitle a candidate to be shortlisted for further stages of the selection process.

• The applications for selection to the above posts will be accepted through SPEED POST/REGISTERED POST ONLY. No other mode of application shall be entertained.
• The interested applicants must submit an application along with copies of educational qualifications and experience certificates in a sealed envelope in the prescribed format attached through SPEED POST/REGISTERED POST only & address it to “Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Limited (BECIL), BECIL BHAWAN, C-56/A-17, Sector-62, Noida201307 (U.P)”.
• BECIL shall not be responsible for any postal loss/ postal delay in receipt of applications
• The envelope carrying the duly filled-in application form should be super-scribed as “Advertisement No:…” and “Post Applied For
• Incomplete applications (columns of the format enclosed not filled in or all requisite documents not enclosed) or those in format other than the one prescribed in the Application Form will not be entertained & shall be summarily rejected.
