AIIMS Raebareli Faculty Group A Notification 2025 : Age Limits (As On 01 July 2025)

• Minimum Age limit : 50 Years
• Maximum Age limit : 58 Years
• Age Relaxation is Applicable as per Rules.

Eligibility Criteria

• A medical qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (Persons possessing qualifications included in part II of third schedule should also fulfill the condition specified in section 13(3) of the Act).
• A recognized post graduate qualification e.g., MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/subject.
• A medical qualification included in the I or II schedule or part IIof the third schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (Persons possessing qualifications included in part II of third schedule should also fulfill the condition specified in section 13(3)of the Act).
• A recognized post graduate qualification e.g., MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respectivediscipline/subject.
• M.Ch. for Surgical super specialties and D.M. for Medical superspecialties (2 years or 3 years or 5/6 years recognized course) orqualification recognized equivalent thereto.

Salary

• Pay Scale for recruitment under Direct Recruitment & Deputation Basis:

  Professor: Level-14-A (168900-220400) As per 7th CPCplus usual allowances including NPA (if applicable).
  Additional Professor: Level-13-A2+ (148200-211400) As per 7th CPCplus usual allowances including NPA (if applicable).
  Associate Professor: Level-13-A1+ (138300-209200) As per 7th CPCplus usual allowances including NPA (if applicable).
  Assistant Professor: Level-12, (101500-167400) As per 7th CPCplus usual allowances including NPA (if applicable).

• Lumpsum remuneration for Contract basis:

  Professor: Rs. 2,20,000/- per month
  Additional Professor: Rs. 2,00,000/- per month
  Associate Professor: Rs. 1,88,000/- per month
  Assistant Professor: Rs. 1,42,506/- per month

Mode Of Selection

• Duly constituted Standing Selection Committee will conduct the selection process for all the posts.
• AIIMS, Raebareli reserves the right to conduct a written test also in cases where the number of applicants in a particular department is 30 or more.
