Eligibility Criteria for Senior Resident

Candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility requirements as of the notification publication date.

1. Educational Qualification

For Medical Candidates: A Postgraduate Medical Degree (MD/MS/DNB) or equivalent in the respective discipline from a recognized University/Institute.
For Hospital Administration: MD/DNB in Hospital Administration or Master’s in Hospital Administration (full-time after MBBS).
For Non-Medical Candidates (Anatomy/Physiology/Biochemistry): M.Sc./M.Biotech/M.Stat degree in the subject concerned AND a PhD in the subject concerned/allied subject.

2. Age Limit (As on Notification Date)

Maximum Age: Not exceeding 45 Years.
Age Relaxation: SC/ST: 05 Years | OBC: 03 Years | PwD: 10 Years.

Salary Structure

Selected candidates will be recruited under Level 11 of the Pay Matrix of the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC).

Pay Scale: Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 + Grade Pay Rs. 6,600.
Allowances: Admissible allowances (DA, HRA) + NPA (Non-Practicing Allowance) for Medical Graduates.
