AAI Senior Assistant Notification 2025 : Age Limits (As On 01 July 2025)

• Minimum Age limit : 18 Years
• Maximum Age limit : 30 Years
• Age Relaxation is Applicable as per Rules.

Eligibility Criteria

• Masters in Hindi with English as a subject at Graduation level OR Masters in English with Hindi as a subject at Graduation level.
• Masters in any subject apart from Hindi/English from a recognized University along with Hindi and English as compulsory/optional subjects at graduation level.
• Masters in any subject apart from Hindi/English from a recognized University along with Hindi and English as medium and compulsory/optional subjects or medium of examination at graduation level. Means if at graduation level Hindi is medium then English should be as compulsory/optional subject or if English is medium then Hindi should be as compulsory/optional subject.
• Graduation Degree from a recognized University along with Hindi and English as compulsory/optional subjects or any one out of both as medium of examination and other as compulsory/optional subject along with recognized Diploma/Certificate course of Hindi to English and English to Hindi Translation or two years’ experience of Hindi to English and English to Hindi Translation at Central/State government offices including Government of India Undertakings or reputed organizations.

Salary

• Rs.36000- 3% -110000

Mode Of Selection

• Stage-I:

  (a) Written Exam (Computer Based Test-CBT) – 100 marks, Duration: Two (2) hours

• Stage-II After qualifying the Computer Based Test (Online), the shortlisted candidates shall undergo the following process:

  (a) Biometric Attendance verification
  (b) Document / Certificate verification
  (c) Computer Literacy Test in MS Office (Hindi)

• Application once submitted cannot be edited /withdrawn

Important Instructions

• Only ST category candidates who are domicile of TN, AP, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, Puducherry, Lakshadweep can apply.
• Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility criteria before applying; no corrections allowed after submission.
• Providing false information will lead to disqualification; AAI is not responsible for consequences.
• Age, qualification, and experience will be determined as on 31.10.2025.
• The date of result/mark sheet issue will be treated as the date of acquiring qualification; no relaxation.
• Candidates with CGPA/OGPA must produce a conversion certificate showing percentage at document verification.
• Govt/PSU/Autonomous body employees must produce NOC at document verification; otherwise, candidature will be rejected.
• ST candidates must show their original caste certificate at document verification; failure will result in cancellation.
• Candidates must attend the computer-based exam at their own expense; TA for stage-II will be given as per AAI rules.
• All qualifications must be from Government-recognized institutions/universities.
• Ex-servicemen must upload their Discharge Certificate.
