Co-operative Institutional Service Board, Lucknow has released the Combined Co-operative Banking, Non-Banking and Technical Services Examination (General Recruitment) 2026 notification for various permanent posts in District Co-operative Banks, U.P. Co-operative Bank Limited, U.P. Cooperative Federation Limited, U.P. State Construction Co-operative Federation Limited, U.P. State Construction & Labour Development Co-operative Federation Limited, U.P. Upbhokta Sahkari Sangh Limited, U.P. Co-operative Union Limited, and U.P. Cooperative Jute and Agricultural Development Association Limited.

The online application process will start from 25 April 2026 and the last date for submission of online application and examination fee is 15 May 2026. Candidates can apply online only through the official website of the Service Board.

Educational Qualification

The required educational qualification is post-specific. The notification states that candidates must possess the required qualification by the last date of application. Detailed post-wise qualifications are given in the advertisement and appendices. For example, Manager posts require a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with at least 55% marks or a Bachelor’s degree with Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics with at least 55% marks, along with minimum O level or equivalent computer qualification.

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 40 Years
• Age will be calculated as on 01 January 2026.
• Maximum age for Divyangjan of Uttar Pradesh: 55 Years

Age Relaxation

• SC / ST / OBC of Uttar Pradesh: 5 years
• Outstanding Sports Persons of Uttar Pradesh: 5 years
• State Government employees of Uttar Pradesh and certain education employees: 5 years
• Divyang candidates of Uttar Pradesh: 15 years
• Emergency Commissioned / Short Service Commissioned Officers / Ex-servicemen: service period + 3 years

Application Fee

In case the examination is conducted in two stages, the prescribed fee will be payable separately for both Preliminary and Main Examination.

Selection Process

The selection process depends on the post category:

• Category-1 and Category-2 posts: Online Examination + Interview
• Category-3 posts: Online Examination + Proficiency Test (where essential qualification requires it)

Normally, the online examination may be conducted in a single stage as Main Examination. If the number of applications is high, the Service Board may conduct the exam in two stages: Preliminary Examination and Main Examination.

• Each wrong answer will attract 1/4 (25%) negative marking.
• If more than one answer is marked, it will be treated as wrong.

4. Enter name, contact details, and email ID.
5. Note the temporary registration number and password sent by email/SMS.
6. Upload photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration.
7. Fill the remaining details carefully.
8. Preview the complete application form.
9. Pay the fee through online mode.
10. Submit the application and take a printout of the form and e-receipt.

Admit Card and Identity Proof

Candidates will have to download the admit card from the official website using Registration Number/Roll Number and Password/Date of Birth. At the exam centre and interview stage, candidates must carry the admit card, original valid photo ID, and a photocopy of that ID.

Important Instructions

• Only online applications are accepted.
• No change in category, domicile, gender, date of birth, EWS, creamy layer, name, or address will be accepted after the last date.
• Separate applications are required for separate advertised posts/groups.
• Every application must include post/institution-based order of preference, which cannot be changed later.
• Candidates serving in Central or State Government must obtain a No Objection Certificate from their employer.
• Applications with incomplete or unclear uploaded documents may be rejected.
• Candidates should not apply if they are still appearing in the qualifying examination and do not yet possess the required qualification.
• Marks for selection will be based on Main Examination and Interview for Category-1 and Category-2 posts, and on Main Examination plus Proficiency Test where required for Category-3 posts.
