Stree Nidhi is inviting applications from eligible candidates to work as Assistant Managers at field level in mandals of districts of Telangana State. Candidates can apply online through IBPS from 09 May 2026 to 29 May 2026. Total Vacancies: 123 Assistant Manager (Field Operations)
Note:
- 10 posts (12 positions in each district) are reserved for Self Help Group (SHG) members
- District-wise and category-wise vacancies following Roster and RoR positions are given in Annexure I of the notification
- Reservation for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) is limited only to OH (Orthopedically Handicapped) category due to extensive field work
- Stree Nidhi follows reservation principle as applicable in Cooperative movement for social justice
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree from any recognized University in India established by Central/Provincial/State Act or Institution recognized by UGC or equivalent qualification
- Minimum Marks Required:
- OC (Open Category): Minimum 65% marks
- BC (Backward Class): Minimum 60% marks
- SC/ST/PwD: Minimum 55% marks
- Candidates must possess degree certificate prior to the date of release of notification (09.05.2026)
- Final semester candidates are NOT eligible
- Knowledge in MS Office is mandatory
Age Limit
- Age Range: 25 to 30 years prior to the date of release of notification
- Upper Age Relaxation:
- BC candidates: 3 years
- SC/ST/PwD candidates: 5 years
Other Requirements
- Must be able to speak, read and write in Telugu and English
- Must be a native of Telangana state only
- Candidate has to declare native mandal in application
- Must be willing to tour in allotted area for minimum 20 days in a month
- Must own a Two-wheeler or acquire within 3 months of joining
- Must possess valid driving license or acquire within 2 months from joining date
- Candidates without vehicle and driving license will be discontinued
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in computers and IT required
- Submission of relieving certificate from previous employer mandatory if already employed
- Nativity certificate issued by MRO only will be considered

Important Points:
- All tests will be in English only
- Penalty for Wrong Answers: 1/4 or 25% of marks will be deducted for each wrong answer
- No penalty for questions left blank
- Candidates must qualify in each test and in aggregate (minimum qualifying marks fixed by Stree Nidhi)
- Cutoffs applied in two stages: (a) Individual test scores (b) Total Score
- Selection based on merit/rank obtained in online examination under respective category

- Nature of Job: Neither Government job nor permanent job. Contract basis only for 5 years (renewable yearly based on performance)
- Probation: 1 year probation period. Contract appointment after successful probation
- Caution Deposit: Selected candidates must deposit Rs. 35,000/- for 2 years at time of joining
- Posting: Candidates to apply for vacant positions in native district only. Posting generally in native district but not native mandal
- Field Work: Completely field work - minimum 20 days tour per month required
- Operational Area: About 70 Village Organizations/Slum Level Federations per Assistant Manager
