SSC Selection Post Phase 14 Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online for Various Posts
Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the SSC Selection Post Phase XIV Recruitment 2026 Notification for various Selection Posts under different Ministries, Departments, and Organizations of the Government of India. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official SSC website.
The online application process starts on 13 April 2026 and the last date to submit the application form is 04 May 2026 up to 11:00 PM. The last date for online fee payment is 05 May 2026. SSC will also provide an application correction window from 11 May 2026 to 13 May 2026. The Computer Based Examination is tentatively scheduled for June 2026.

SSC Selection Post Phase 14 Notification 2026
SSC has invited online applications for multiple post categories advertised under Selection Post Phase XIV. The vacancy details are region-wise and post-wise, and candidates need to check the post details relevant to their Regional Office before applying. SSC has clearly stated that the vacancies are tentative and may be altered, changed, cancelled, withdrawn, or merged at any stage of recruitment.

Educational Qualification
The required qualification depends on the post applied for. Broadly, posts are available under the following educational levels:
- Matriculation level posts
- Higher Secondary (10+2) level posts
- Graduation and above level posts
Candidates must ensure that they possess the essential qualification for the specific post on or before the closing date of application.
Nationality
- Citizen of India, or
- Subject of Nepal, or
- Subject of Bhutan, or
- Tibetan Refugee who came to India before 01 January 1962 with intention of permanent settlement, or
- Person of Indian origin migrated from specified countries with intention of permanently settling in India.
Age Limit
The age limit is post-specific and is calculated as on 01 January 2026. Different posts carry different age bands such as:

Exam Details
- All questions will be objective type multiple-choice questions.
- There will be negative marking of 0.50 marks for each wrong answer.
- The Computer Based Examination will be conducted in Hindi and English only.
- If the exam is held in multiple shifts, marks will be normalized.
Minimum Cut-Off for Shortlisting

Shortlisting Ratio
- For up to 5 vacancies: shortlisted in the ratio of 1:30.
- For more than 5 vacancies: shortlisted in the ratio of 1:15, subject to a minimum of 150 candidates.
- For vacancies reserved for PwBD / PwBD-Others / ESM, all qualifying candidates meeting the minimum cut-off may be shortlisted.

Important Instructions
