Job Description

Junior Engineer (Civil)

Handling and supervision of civil construction, maintenance, interior works, and infrastructure systems in office buildings and residential colonies.

Junior Engineer (Electrical)

Handling and supervision of electrical and electro-mechanical systems including installations in office buildings and residential complexes.

Eligibility Criteria

Nationality

Candidate must be a citizen of India or meet other eligibility conditions as specified by the Government of India.

Age Limit (as on 01 April 2026)

• Minimum Age: 20 Years
• Maximum Age: 30 Years

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST: 5 Years
• OBC: 3 Years
• PwBD: Up to 10–15 Years
• Ex-Servicemen: As per rules

Educational Qualification

Junior Engineer (Civil)

• Diploma in Civil Engineering with 65% marks (55% for reserved categories)
• OR Degree in Civil Engineering with 55% marks (45% for reserved categories)

Junior Engineer (Electrical)

• Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 65% marks
• OR Degree in relevant field with required marks

Experience

• Diploma Holders: Minimum 2 years experience
• Degree Holders: Minimum 1 year experience

• Language Proficiency Test (LPT)

• Medical Examination

RBI JE Exam Pattern 2026

• Total Questions: 180
• Total Marks: 300
• Duration: 150 Minutes

Negative Marking: 1/4 marks deducted for each wrong answer

Salary Structure

Selected candidates will receive a starting basic pay of ₹47,700 per month. The approximate gross monthly salary is ₹91,309 including allowances.
