Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institution with at least 40% marks.

Experience

Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year post qualification working experience in the operation/maintenance of a power plant with installed capacity of 40 MW or more.

Age Limit

The upper age limit is 35 years. Age relaxation for reserved categories will be applicable as per Government/NTPC rules.

Tenure of Engagement

The engagement will be on a fixed term basis for 3 years. It may be extended by another 2 years depending on performance and organizational requirement.

Salary Details

Selected candidates will receive a fixed monthly consolidated amount of Rs. 55,000/-. In addition, they will also be eligible for benefits such as HRA or company accommodation, night shift allowance (if rostered in night shift), and medical facility for self, spouse, and two children.

Job Profile

The selected candidates will be responsible for operating and supervising equipment at site, including isolation/normalisation and related activities. They must ensure that all safety procedures are followed, attend to equipment-related issues, and maintain compliance with SOPs and regulations.
