Headquarters 2 Signal Training Centre, Panaji (Goa) under the Indian Army, Ministry of Defence has released an Employment Notice for recruitment to the post of Civilian Switch Board Operator (CSBO) Grade-II, Group ‘C’. Applications are invited from eligible Indian citizens. Selected candidates will be on probation for 2 years followed by permanent absorption based on performance.

Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate must be a citizen of India.
- Must possess required educational qualification from a recognized board.
- Must have experience in handling PBX Board.
- Applications without required documents or experience proof will be rejected.
Educational Qualification
- Matriculation (10th Pass) from a recognized board.
- Minimum 6 months experience in handling Private Board Exchange (PBX).
Desirable: Fluency in English and Hindi.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 25 Years
- Age calculated as on last date of application.
Age Relaxation
- OBC: 3 Years
- SC/ST: 5 Years
- PwBD: 10 Years (additional relaxation for reserved categories)
- Ex-Servicemen: 3 Years
- Departmental Candidates: Up to 40 Years (45 for SC/ST)
