HPSCB Junior Clerk Recruitment 2026 Apply Online for 91 Posts

The Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank Limited (HPSCB) has released an official notification for the recruitment of 91 Junior Clerk posts under PACS and OCS quota on regular basis through IBPS, Mumbai. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official website from 09 May 2026 to 29 May 2026.

The recruitment includes vacancies for Trained Secretaries of PACS and employees of Other Cooperative Societies of Himachal Pradesh. Selection will be based on an online examination followed by document verification.

Eligibility Criteria

For PACS Quota

• Candidate must be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
• Must have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from an institution situated in Himachal Pradesh. This condition is not applicable for Bonafide Himachalis.
• Minimum 3 years continuous service as Secretary in PACS.
• Candidate should not be directly or indirectly a defaulter of the society.
• Valid experience certificate is mandatory.

For OCS Quota

• Candidate must be a Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University.
• Must have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from Himachal Pradesh institution unless Bonafide Himachali.
• Minimum 5 years continuous service in Cooperative Society.
• Candidate should not be directly or indirectly a defaulter of the society.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 45 Years
• Age will be calculated as on 01-01-2026.

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST: 5 Years
• OBC: 5 Years
• PwBD: 5 Years
• Ward of Freedom Fighter: 5 Years
• Ex-Servicemen: As per Government Rules
