HAL ITI Apprentices Notification 2026 Out - Walkin for 205 ITI Apprentices Vacancies

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Avionics Division, Hyderabad, a Maharatna CPSE, has released Notification No. HAL/HD/TRG/2026-27/NAPS/01 dated 11.05.2026 for engagement of 205 ITI Trade Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961. HAL Hyderabad invites applications from eligible Indian citizens to join the One Year Apprenticeship Training Program for the year 2026-27. The program is designed to provide hands-on experience and practical knowledge in a professional environment. Walk-in interviews will be conducted from 28 May 2026 to 01 June 2026 at Hyderabad.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Candidates must be ITI passed in the respective trades
• ITI must be recognized by NCVT (National Council for Vocational Training) only
• Candidates must have passed ITI in the specific trade they are applying for

Important Eligibility Conditions

• Not Eligible: Candidates who have undergone Apprenticeship Training or are undergoing similar apprenticeship training or registered for Apprentice training in respective discipline under Apprentice Act elsewhere
• Not Eligible: Candidates who have passed Apprenticeship under Centre of Excellence (COE) scheme
• Not Eligible: Candidates who have already joined/pursuing/about to join any regular courses for higher education during stipulated training period
• Indian Citizenship: Only Indian citizens are eligible

Stipend

Stipend shall be paid monthly as per the Apprentices Act 1961 Rules and Subsequent amendments.

Reservation

Reservations for engagement of Apprentices shall be applicable as per Apprentices Act 1961 Rules and Subsequent amendments for:

• EWS (Economically Weaker Section)
• OBC (Other Backward Classes) - Valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate required
• SC (Scheduled Caste)
• ST (Scheduled Tribe)
• PH/PwD (Persons with Disabilities)
• Ex-Servicemen
• Wards of HAL employees as per HAL Corporate Office Guidelines

Selection Procedure

• Merit Based Selection: Based on GPA/CGPA marks secured in SSC (10th) and ITI
• Weightage:
  • SSC (10th Standard): 70% weightage
  • ITI: 30% weightage
• No Written Test or Interview: Selection purely based on marks
• Merit List Publication: Merit list will be hosted on www.hal-india.co.in on 26 June 2026
• Confirmation: Confirmation emails will be forwarded to shortlisted candidates

1. Register on Portal (Mandatory): Register on www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in portal before walk-in
2. Upload Documents on Portal: It is mandatory to upload following on portal:
   • SSC (10th) Marks Certificate
   • ITI Marks Certificate (all semesters)
   • Aadhaar card number
   • Photograph
   • Signature
   • KYC verification
3. Enter Correct Details: Enter NAME as appears in SSC 10th Certificate. Enter valid email ID, contact mobile number, ITI Certificate number, Aadhaar card number, Date of Birth, Category, Council and Trade details
4. Prepare Documents for Walk-in:
   • For Verification (Original): Aadhaar Card, SSC 10th Marks Certificate, ITI Marks Sheet (all semesters) & Certificate, Birth certificate (if DOB not in SSC), Reservation/Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/XSM/PwD/PH if applicable)
   • For Submission (Photocopies): All above certificates, Apprentice registration copy from apprenticeshipindia.gov.in portal, Two passport size photographs
5. Attend Walk-in: Attend walk-in on scheduled date and time for your trade at Utsav Sadan Auditorium, HAL Avionics Division, Balanagar, Hyderabad - 500042
6. Document Verification: Submit original documents for verification and photocopies along with portal registration copy
7. Check Merit List: Check merit list on www.hal-india.co.in on 26.06.2026
8. Join if Selected: Report for joining on 17.07.2026 if shortlisted
