EIL Recruitment 2026 - Walk-In Interview for 93 Fixed Term Engineer and Officer Posts

Engineers India Limited (EIL), a Navratna PSU and one of India’s leading engineering consultancy companies, has released a walk-in interview notification for the engagement of experienced engineers and officers on fixed term basis. The recruitment is for deployment to foreign construction sites of EIL.

The notification includes vacancies in Civil, Mechanical, Welding/NDT, and Material Management disciplines. Eligible candidates must first complete the online registration between 21 April 2026 and 04 May 2026, and then attend the walk-in interview on the dates notified for the relevant position code.

Educational Qualification

Associate Engineer Grade II / III / IV (Civil)

• B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. (Engineering) in Civil Engineering with minimum 60% marks.

Associate Engineer Grade II / III / IV (Mechanical)

• B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. (Engineering) in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks.

Associate Engineer Grade III / IV (Welding/NDT)

• B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Sc. (Engineering) in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
• Must also possess ASNT Level-II Certificate in RT/UT/DPT/MPT.

Associate Officer Grade II (Warehouse)

• Graduate in Arts / Commerce / Science with Diploma in Material Management and minimum 55% marks.

Post Qualification Experience

Relevant Experience Preference

• Experience in construction of Refinery and Petrochemical projects will be given added advantage for engineering posts.
• For Warehouse post, experience in Refinery, Petrochemical, Pipeline, and Infrastructure will be preferred.

Place of Posting

The place of posting will be at different foreign construction sites of EIL. However, posting can be anywhere in India or abroad depending on organizational requirements.

• Reimbursement of medical insurance premium for self up to Rs. 2,00,000 per annum
• Reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses for working beyond standard working hours

• Travelling allowance for official duties outside place of posting
• Paid leave of 2 days for each completed month
• During foreign posting, living allowance, R&R and other applicable allowances as per company rules

Tenure

• The engagement is purely on fixed term basis.
• Initial tenure will be 1 to 2 years as applicable.
• It may be extended based on requirement and performance.
• Maximum total tenure will not exceed 3 years from the initial date of joining.

Age Relaxation

• Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
• Upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates.
• Upper age limit is relaxable by 10 years for PwD General/EWS candidates.
• Upper age limit is relaxable by 13 years for PwD-OBC (NCL) candidates.
• Upper age limit is relaxable by 15 years for PwD-SC/ST candidates.
• Relaxation is also applicable for Ex-Servicemen as per rules.

Selection Process

• Personal Interview

Candidates meeting all eligibility conditions and carrying all required documents in original will only be considered for further selection.

• 6 copies of duly filled and submitted online application form with recent colour photograph affixed
• Valid government photo ID
• Date of birth proof
• Educational mark sheets and degree/pass certificates
• CGPA to percentage conversion proof, if applicable
• Experience certificates for all declared experience
• Supporting employment documents such as offer letter, pay slips, PF statement, ESI card, bank statement, etc., wherever required
• SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD certificate, if applicable
• Ex-servicemen certificate, if applicable
• No Objection Certificate for candidates working in Central/State/Autonomous bodies

Important Instructions

• Only candidates who complete online registration will be allowed for interview.
• A candidate can apply for only one position in this advertisement.
• The cut-off date for age, qualification, and experience is 31.03.2026.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the walk-in interview.
• Candidates must make their own travel and stay arrangements.
