Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navaratna company under the Ministry of Defence, has released Advertisement No. 13704/02/HR-RADAR/GAD/2026 for recruitment of Senior Assistant Engineer posts in E-I Grade on fixed tenure basis.

Tenure and Posting

• The total tenure of engagement will be 15 years or up to the date of superannuation at 60 years, whichever is earlier.
• The engagement will be reviewed after every 5 years based on individual performance and project requirements.
• Posting will be at PAN-India project site locations as per company requirement.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Candidate should possess 3 years Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Pass class is required.

Experience Requirement

• Candidate should be an Ex-serviceman from Indian Air Force.
• Candidate must be in the rank of Junior Warrant Officer (JWO) or above.
• Candidate should have 15 years post-qualification experience.
• Date of retirement from IAF should be on or before 01.04.2026.

Age Limit

Pay Scale and Benefits

Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 30,000 – 3% – 1,20,000. In addition to basic pay, candidates will receive Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, perquisites at the rate of 35% of annual basic pay, medical reimbursement, group insurance, PF, gratuity, PRP and other benefits as per company rules.

Selection will be through a written test followed by an interview. Candidates who qualify in the written test will be called for interview in the ratio of 1:7 as per category-wise vacancy.
