APPSC Medical Specialist Recruitment 2026 - Apply Online for 117 Junior Specialist Posts
Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has released the Medical Specialist Recruitment 2026 Notification for filling up 117 posts of Junior Specialist (Allopathy) and Junior Dental Specialist under the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
The online application process will start from 17 April 2026 and the last date to apply is 18 May 2026 (till 5:00 PM). Eligible candidates can apply online through the official APPSC website.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Recognized medical qualification included in Indian Medical Council Act.
- Post Graduate Degree in concerned specialty.
- Must be registered with Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council (APMC).
For Dental Specialist
- Qualification as per Dentist Act, 1948.
- Post Graduate Degree in concerned dental specialty.
- Registration with Arunachal Pradesh Dental Council (APDC).
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 50 years
- Relaxation up to 55 years for Govt. servants
- Other relaxations as per rules
Salary
Selected candidates will receive salary under Pay Matrix Level-11 (₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700).
Selection Process
- Selection will be done through Interview (Viva-Voce) only
- Total Marks: 100
- Minimum qualifying marks: 50%
