Procedure for Selection

Candidates shortlisted for interviews will be notified via email. Final selection for the position of Physiotherapist on a contractual basis will be based on the interview process. The appointment letter for the selected candidate will be communicated through email.

Other Conditions

• Physiotherapists are required to arrange a suitable substitute at their own cost, acceptable to the Bank, in case of continuous absence for more than two days.
• Physiotherapists are not eligible for benefits available to part-time/full-time employees of the Bank, including leave, leave fare concession, provident fund, gratuity, terminal benefits, bonus, reimbursement of medical expenses, briefcase, newspaper, etc.
• The engagement under the contract is temporary, and no claim shall be made for regular employment or pay and perks payable to regular employees.
• The Bank reserves the right to review the rate of remuneration, alter duty hours, and change the location at its discretion to suit administrative and operative requirements.
• Any dispute arising from the contract is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi.
• Physiotherapists must maintain strict confidentiality regarding the Bank's affairs and the affairs of its constituents, refraining from divulging confidential information unless compelled by judicial or other authority or instructed by a superior officer.
• Physiotherapists must serve the Bank honestly and faithfully, promoting the Bank's interests and displaying courtesy and attention in all transactions.
• Physiotherapists are prohibited from engaging in any act of sexual harassment in the workplace.
• The contract may be terminated if the Physiotherapist is arrested for debt, on a criminal charge, or is detained pursuant to any legal process.
• The Bank reserves the right to raise minimum eligibility standards to limit the number of candidates called for an interview. The Bank's decision in this regard is final, and no correspondence will be entertained with applicants not called for an interview.
• Physiotherapists are required to bring their own basic equipment to the Bank for carrying out the treatment of staff.
