Qualification

Educational Qualification

For positions such as Manager, Deputy Manager, and Deputy General Manager, the required educational qualification is a degree in Civil Engineering, either Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or Bachelor of Technology (B-Tech).

Experience

• A minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience is required.
• The candidate should have a proven track record of working in Government organizations, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Autonomous Bodies, or Private organizations, specifically in the field of Bridge Structures on National Highways.
• A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience is required.
• The candidate should possess experience in working with Government organizations, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Autonomous Bodies, or Private organizations, focusing on areas related to National Highways, with a preference for expertise in four-lane highways.
• A valid GATE Score in 2021/2022/2023 in civil Engineering (subject Code: CE) is mandatory as of the last date of application.
• Post Qualification Experience in the domain of National Highways is highly preferred.

• NHIPMPL reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time without providing a specific reason. However, either party may terminate the contract with one month's notice or by providing one month's salary in lieu of notice during the contract's duration.
• Individuals engaged under the contract are expected to offer full-time services to NHIPMPL throughout their period of engagement. They are not allowed to take up any other assignments during this time. The engagement is on a contract basis for a fixed duration, and no claims for regularization or absorption into NHIPMPL will be entertained.
• Personnel engaged will not be eligible for TA/DA for joining the assignment or upon its completion. Reimbursements for official tours will adhere to NHIPMPL Travel Policy, applicable to employees of equivalent levels in NHIPMPL.
• Candidates engaged on a Fixed-Term Contract basis are required to be present in the office on all working days and may be required to attend on holidays if necessary due to work exigencies.
