Job Profile

Monitoring:

• Assist the Regional Officer-Vijayawada in engaging with State Government Officials.
• Monitor the progress of Land Acquisition (LA) targets across projects under the jurisdiction of RO-Vijayawada.
• Compile monthly reports in a predetermined format.
• Undertake other tasks as assigned by the Regional Officer periodically.

Coordination:

• Conduct a monthly visit to each Project Implementation Unit (PIU)/Compensation Acquisition and Liaisoning Agency (CALA) within the jurisdiction of RO-Vijayawada.
• Coordinate with Project Directors (PDs) and CALAs through regular site visits to identify challenges faced across projects.
• Collaborate with the relevant PD and CALA to identify and implement solutions to on-ground issues related to Land Acquisition.

Salary Details

• For individuals who have retired from Central/State Governments/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies and are currently receiving a pension from public funds, the remuneration falls within the range of Rs.50,000 to Rs.60,000 per month.
• For individuals who have retired from Central/State Governments/PSUs/Autonomous Bodies and are not currently receiving a pension from public funds, the remuneration falls within the range of Rs.50,000 to Rs.75,000 per month.
