Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate degree (BSW/BA/B.Com) with computer knowledge
• Knowledge in Basic Accounting is preferred
• Fluent in spoken and written local language (Bengali), Hindi/English fluency is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Tally, Internet
• Typing skills in Bengali essential; English typing an added advantage

Salary

• Rs. 20,000 – Rs. 27,500 per month
• Annual performance incentive: Rs. 1,500 (based on satisfactory review)
• Fixed Conveyance Allowance: Rs. 2,000 per month
• Mobile Allowance: Rs. 300 per month
• EPF, ESI, Gratuity as per rules

Mode Of Selection

• Written Exam (General Knowledge, Computer Capability)
• Personal Interview (Communication skills, leadership qualities, attitude, problem solving ability, and ability to get along with trainees)
