ESIC Senior Resident Notification 2025 : Age Limits

• Maximum Age: Not Exceeding 45 Years
• Age Calculation Date: As on the date of Walk-in Interview (11/12/2025)
• Age Relaxation: As per Government of India norms for reserved categories

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: As per latest guidelines of National Medical Commission (NMC/MCI)
• For Super-specialty Departments: MCh/DM/DrNB/FNB in respective super specialty
• Alternative: In case of non-availability of Super-specialty Senior Residents, candidates from concerned parent Broad Specialties (MD/MS) will be considered
• Medical Registration: Must have valid and up-dated Medical Registration with NMC/State Medical Council with all post MBBS/MD/MS qualifications
• Registration Requirement: If updated registration is not available, candidates must show and submit copy of "Applied for document" to concerned authority at the time of interview
• Important Note: Candidates without updated registration may not be interviewed or their results will remain withheld. Selected candidates must submit updated Medical Registration Certificate before joining
  NOC Requirement: Candidates working in Government/Autonomous/Statutory Institution should preferably have NOC at time of Interview. In case of non-availability, copy of "applied for NOC" and undertaking to be submitted
• Reservation: Reservation will be as per Government of India guidelines issued from time to time
• PwD Candidates: Candidates appointed under PwD quota will be adjusted against vacancy of respective categories of General/SC/ST/OBC/EWS

Salary

• Senior Resident: Consolidated pay of Rs. 1,48,669/- per month (as on the date of advertisement)
• Pay Structure: As per ESIC Headquarters Office Memorandum No. Z-11012/51/2022-MED-VI dated 08.12.2022, or any subsequent orders issued by the Headquarters Office
• HRA: If hostel accommodation/quarters facility is availed, no HRA will be payable and license fee will be deducted as per rule
• Service Benefits: Senior Residents shall not be entitled to claim Provident Fund (PF), Pension, Gratuity, Medical Allowance, Medical Benefits, Seniority, Promotion, or similar perks
• Accommodation: Provision of Hostel accommodation/Quarters will be made to the extent possible; however, it cannot be claimed as a matter of right

Mode Of Selection

• Document Verification: Candidates must appear before Document Verification Committee on interview date prior to being permitted to attend interview
• Selection Criteria: Selection will be made on basis of acquired academic credentials and performance of candidate in interview
• Interview Board: Interview will be conducted by duly constituted selection board
• Provisional Basis: Opportunity of interview given to candidates will be on provisional basis subject to detailed scrutiny of eligibility criteria
• Result Publication: Result will be published only in Recruitments section of Website: www.esic.gov.in
• Offer of Appointment: Will be sent through E-mail only
• Joining: Selected candidates will have to join as per instructions mentioned in offer of appointment

How to Apply ESIC Senior Resident Walk in 2025

• Application Mode: Walk-in Interview (Offline application submission)
• Application Format: Candidates must bring completed offline application form (attached with advertisement) along with self-attested copies of documents
• Document Verification: Only candidates whose documents are successfully verified by Document Verification Committee will be allowed to appear before Interview Board
• Multiple Post Applications: Candidates may apply for multiple posts if they meet eligibility criteria. Separate application with required documents and applicable fees must be submitted for each post
• Reporting Time: Report between 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on 11/12/2025 at Faculty Reading Hall, Academic Block, ESIC Medical College & Hospital Faridabad

• Completed offline application form in prescribed format
• Certificate of passing Class 10th for Date of Birth

• Original Documents: All self-attested copies must be verified with original documents at the time of document verification
• Important: If any applicable document is not verified by Document Verification Committee, candidate shall not be allowed in the Interview

Important Instructions

• Eligibility Verification: Candidates may ascertain their eligibility and should report for interview on scheduled date and time
• EWS Certificate: EWS candidates should submit EWS Certificate as per Annexure-I of Government of India, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions, DOPT Office Memorandum No. 36039/1/2019-Estt (Res), dated 31.01.2019
• OBC Certificate: OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate should be issued not prior to 01 year from cut-off date. It must be in format applicable for appointment under Government of India and issued by Officer not below rank of Sub-Divisional Officer or Equivalent Authority
• Separate Application: Application should be submitted for each post separately in prescribed format only. Application in any other format or incomplete application will be summarily rejected
• False Information: Wrong declarations/submission of false information or any other action contrary to law shall lead to cancellation of candidature at any stage
• No Automatic Eligibility: Mere submission of Application does not confer any right to candidate to be eligible for Interview unless they report on scheduled date and time with required documents
• Reserved Category Posts: Interview for posts where unreserved Senior Residents are currently working against reserved category will be conducted only when candidates belonging to respective reserved category appear
• Short-term Engagement: In case of non-availability of reserved category candidates, available meritorious candidate may be given offer of engagement for period of 89 days at sole discretion of Appointing Authority
• Cancellation Rights: Dean, ESIC MCH, Faridabad reserves right to cancel/postpone Recruitment Process at any stage at its discretion without any notice. Such decision will be binding on all concerned
• No TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for appearing in Interview or submission of any document
• Website Monitoring: All applicants must visit website (www.esic.gov.in) regularly since all subsequent Corrigendum/Addendum/Updates will only be uploaded to website
