• Minimum Age limit : 50 Years
• Maximum Age limit : 62 Years

Eligibility Criteria

• Senior Vice President - Dy. Chief Technology Officer: Engineering graduate from a recognized university or institutions.
• Senior Vice President – Dy. Chief Financial Officer: Chartered Accountant (CA) Preferred: CPA/ CFA/ CMA/ CS
• Senior Vice President – Dy. Chief Digital Officer: Engineering graduate or MCA from a recognized university or institutions.
• Senior Vice President – Dy. Chief Risk Officer: Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or institution.
• Senior Vice President - Chief Defence Banking (CDB): Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or institution.
• Senior Vice President – Bulk Retail: Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or institution.
• Dy. Vice President - Bulk Retail: Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or institution.
• Vice President - Dy. Chief Information Security Officer: Engineering graduate in related field such as computer science, IT, Electronics and Communication or Cyber security related field or Post graduate in related field such as computer science, IT, Electronics and Communication or Cyber security related field or MCA
• Vice President – Talent Acquisition: Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University or institution.
• Deputy Vice President – Deputy Head IS Audit: Engineering graduate in related field such as computer science, IT, Electronics and Communication or Cyber security related field or Post graduate in related field such as computer science, IT, Electronics and Communication or Cyber security related field or MCA

Salary

• Remuneration will be offered based on candidate’s qualifications, experience, overall suitability, last drawn salary of the candidate and market benchmark.

Mode Of Selection

• May include Online Test, Psychometric Test, Group Discussion (GD) and/or Interview.
• Tests assess personality, communication, problem-solving, efficiency, adaptability, and suitability for the post.
• Bank can modify, cancel, or add any selection stage or criteria at its discretion.Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further stages based on qualification, suitability, and experience.
• Bank may consider candidates for other suitable positions if eligibility criteria are met. Similar positions may be merged as one, if required.

• Candidates are required to apply Online through website www.bankofbaroda.bank.in from time to time under Career section/web page → Current Opportunities No other means/ mode of application will be accepted.
• Candidates are required to have a valid personal email ID and Contact Number. It should be kept active till completion of this recruitment project.
• Bank may send call letters for Personal interview and/or Selection Process on the registered Email ID. In case, a candidate does not have a valid personal email ID, he/she should create his/ her new email ID before applying.
• Candidates should visit Bank’s website www.bankofbaroda.bank.in/Career.htm and register themselves online in the appropriate Online Application Format, available through the link being enabled on the Careers-> Current Opportunities on the Bank’s website & pay the application fee using Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking/ UPI etc.
• Candidates need to upload their Bio-data while filling online application. Candidates are also required to upload their scanned photograph, signature and other documents related to their eligibility. Please refer to Annexure II regarding scanning of photograph & signature and upload of documents.
